For over the last 10 years Jake has been developing properties located in the Peak District National park. Specialising in historical and old buildings bringing them into the modern way of living without taking away their originality or piece of history. Authentically re-designing and re-building. Jake predominently works on the building /development side of country and wild.
Property manager / Creative director
After selling her last business and joining Jake in property, Victoria has set up country and wild stays, managing multiple holiday lets and building the portfolio. Day to day Victoria works with the property owners, deals with bookings, enquiries and looks after guests. She also runs our online presence, from the social media and marketing to website development and photography. Alongside Jake, Victoria helps with the design and interiors of each project.
